Qure.ai, a global leader in healthcare AI, has been awarded its 12th patent in India by the Indian Patent Office for “A system and method for detecting lung abnormalities in a medical image.”
This milestone marks Qure.ai’s first patent involving a large language model (LLM), underscoring the company’s cutting-edge advancements in medical imaging and AI. The newly patented system integrates imaging AI with LLM models to combine image analysis and patient data for highly accurate diagnoses. It provides an abnormality confidence score, enhancing diagnostic reliability, and tracks lung abnormalities over time, assisting in disease progression monitoring and treatment planning.
The model is self-evolving, continuously improving with each input and staying current with the latest medical knowledge. It is designed for scalability, incorporating new medical data and imaging techniques while seamlessly integrating with hospital information systems and electronic health records (EHRs).
