Gladys Kigozi works with The Scribe and is based upcountry in Mukono. She covered a story on children and COVID-19. She followed up a young girl who could not even use the free government provided radio to be online for school and instead became a market vendor stepping in her mother’s shoes to sleep in the market and provide for her four siblings.
